Holiday Greetings

May you find meaning and purpose this holiday season, no matter your religious preference. Staying conscious, as events unfold with family and social gatherings, has a high priority for me. I choose to remember the metaphysical truths behind the Christmas story, using it to focus on the birth and growth of Christ Consciousness within myself and to recognize it in others. No matter how busy I become, I allow time to go deep within often to nurture myself and tune into my true Self. I send blessings to all of you while looking behind outer appearances to find deep peace and meaning for yourselves during this season.
