NOVEMBER 1

Transformation

I accept powerful change in my life.

I let go of old patterns, thoughts, and behaviors as transformation is active in my life.

I grow daily into greater awareness and acceptance of my wholeness.

Like the caterpillar changing into a butterfly, I allow my true Self to emerge.

I experience the power of transformation in my life.

NOVEMBER 3

Intuition

I quiet my mind periodically to listen to my intuition.

I allow divine order to flow into my life, as I center myself and listen to the quiet, still voice of inner knowing.

I have all of the protection and guidance necessary to fully accept all experiences that come my way.

I hear the silent voice of intuition whenever I ask for insight or help in making a choice.

I am protected and guided by the power of intuition.

Here's an example from the first page of the December affirmations:

DECEMBER 1

Detached-Involvement

I detach as others express strong emotions
and go through their dramas.

I get involved to the degree a situation involves me and I believe it is for the highest good.

I remember to take care of myself on all levels, removing myself from situations when I need to process my own reactions.

I spend time journaling or pondering where I get triggered in order to leave the past and live in the present moment.

I live with the right balance of detachment from and involvement with others, finding  the right balance of taking responsibility for my own issues and not taking things  too personally or being offended when  others project their issues on to me.

I practice detached-involvement to have healthy relationships with others.

DECEMBER 3

Problems

I see my problems as my teachers.

When I need healing and am unaware, these teachers present situations that catch my attention.

A problem simply means I have the opportunity to heal the past and become more aware.

I gently confront, ponder, and work with my issues.

I allow my problems to be my teachers.
